Skills Audit

A diagnostic that tells you exactly where your child stands in mathematics, and how far they can reach. Not a score. A plan.

Most diagnostic tools return a number. This one returns a gap analysis, a personalized mastery blueprint, and a 15-minute live call with your student. The assessment tells us what. The conversation tells us why.

What's included

Two deliverables.
One conversation.

Families use the blueprint to confirm accelerated-track readiness, prepare for selective program applications, or build the structure their student needs to go further.

  • Gap Analysis ReportA precise map of conceptual strengths and gaps, assessed across grade bands. Names the specific fractures, not just the symptoms.
  • Personalized Mastery BlueprintA sequenced plan with daily practice structure and confidence-building strategies. Built around what the assessment and the call reveal together.
  • 15-Minute Skills Audit Review CallA brief live session with your student, separate from the written assessment. The assessment tells us what. The call tells us why.

Questions

Common questions.

About the Skills Audit, the review call, and what happens next.

Why is there a live call with my student?

The online assessment tells us what your child got right and wrong. The 30-minute review call tells us how they think. Where they hesitate, what they explain confidently, and what they avoid. That distinction is what makes the blueprint meaningful rather than generic. You can't get that from a form.

How long does the assessment take?

The online diagnostic takes 20–25 minutes and your child completes it independently. The review call is a separate 30-minute session, scheduled after the assessment is submitted. The gap analysis and blueprint are delivered within 3–4 business days of the call.

What exactly is in the report?

Two documents: a gap analysis that maps conceptual strengths and weaknesses across grade bands, and a personalized mastery blueprint with a structured practice plan. Both are written for parents. Specific, actionable, and based on both the assessment and the review call.

Is this the same as the coaching program?

No. The Skills Audit is a standalone diagnostic. It gives you a clear picture of where your student stands and a plan to act on it, with no ongoing commitment required. Families who want to continue with coaching apply separately, and enrolled students receive the full extended 8-week plan and report suite as part of the program. If the audit shows your student has the foundation for serious acceleration, coaching is the structured path to get there.

Why is availability limited?

Each audit involves a live student call, a hand-written gap analysis, and a custom blueprint. These are not automated. We cap weekly availability to protect the quality of what every family receives.
