Northbound · Skills Audit
Skills Audit.
A diagnostic that shows what is solid, what is fragile, and what needs to be built next. Not a score. A plan. You book your review call today, so the audit has a date attached from the start.
What's included
30-Minute Skills Audit Review Call
Booked today, before the assessment. The first half is a direct conversation with your student, so we can see how they reason and where they hesitate. The second half is a briefing for you on what the assessment revealed and what to pay attention to going forward. Parents are welcome to stay on for both.
Gap Analysis Report
A precise map of what your child can do, where they hesitate, and which concepts are causing the breakdown. It names the specific fractures, not just the symptoms.

Questions
Common questions.
About the Skills Audit, the review call, and what happens next.
Why do I book the call before the assessment?
Because the call is the point. The assessment shows what your child got right and wrong. The call is where we see how they think and where you learn what to do about it. Booking it first gives the audit a real date, and the assessment simply needs to be completed before then. Your child needs about 30 minutes at any point before the call.
Why is there a live call with my student?
The online assessment shows what your child got right and wrong. The first half of the review call lets us ask them questions directly, to see where they hesitate, what they explain clearly, and what they avoid. The second half walks you through what we found and what to pay attention to going forward. Both halves make the report more specific than a score alone.
How long does the assessment take?
The online diagnostic takes 25 to 30 minutes and your child completes it independently, any time before your booked call. The report is delivered within 1 to 3 business days after the call.
What exactly is in the report?
Two documents: a gap analysis that maps conceptual strengths and weaknesses, and a mastery blueprint that shows what to build first. Both are written for parents and based on the assessment plus the review call.
Is this the same as the coaching program?
No. The Skills Audit is a standalone diagnostic with no ongoing commitment required. Families who continue into coaching receive an extended plan and full report suite as part of the program.
