Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, materials, curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, videos, software, website content, branding, and instructional resources provided by Northbound LLC operating as Northbound Tutoring ("Northbound Tutoring," "we," "us," or "our") are owned by Northbound Tutoring or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limited Educational License

Families enrolled in our programs are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use provided materials solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.

Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Northbound Tutoring.

Prohibited Uses

• Sharing or redistributing tutoring materials
• Recording tutoring sessions without written consent
• Posting materials publicly or on third-party platforms
• Using content to create competing services or products
• Removing copyright or ownership notices

Copyright & IP Complaints

If you believe that any content provided by Northbound Tutoring infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written complaint.

We will review all valid complaints and respond within 3–7 business days. If appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to the content in question.

Enforcement & Termination

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may subject the offending party to legal action.
